For Companies with a comprehensive scope, we provide advanced Implementation Services based on our PDM/PLM Best Practices Consulting Methodology to help attain the strategic objectives and initiatives of the Implementation towards sustainable business growth and profitability.
The Implementation timeline could be anywhere in the range of 3 to 12 months with a Multi-Year Software deployment and renewal strategy for assured and measurable progress.
The Strategy revolves around accurate identification of the data to be traced and managed, the potential internal and external stakeholders classified according to the role/function/department, the different lifecycle stages of the document, a robust contextual and secured folder and file structure for data storage, and a data maturity model controlled by workflow.
