An IIT Delhi alumnus, Lt Cdr NT Anildas worked in the Indian Navy for 16 years as a commissioned officer and pursued many a technologically challenging projects for the Navy. Such projects involved technologies for submarine design and construction, fabrication of high strength steels, ship system design and engineering, indigenization of material technology and Product Life Cycle management system before he founded Conceptia Software Technologies Ltd in 2004.
Based on his experience with the Indian Navy’s Submarine Design Group, Anildas set out to establish an Engineering Design Center at Conceptia that would bring the same level of sophistication to the private sector. As a first step, he established the partnership with Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS Corporation for the sales of SOLIDWORKS CAD software to help the Mechanical Engineering industry access world-class design solutions to develop their products

Director SalesJithesh has been part of Conceptia Software Technologies since 2002. In these 20 years, he has donned various roles and currently holds the position of Director, Sales & Services. He graduated from Bharathiar University with an Engineering Degree in Production Engineering . With extensive experience in CAD CAM CAE & PLM , he leads the Product Sales Division and Engineering Services’ Business. Jithesh was instrumental in stabilizing and growing the Dassault Systemes’ technology sales business and grew to be one of the largest resellers of Dassault Systemes Solidworks in India. Under his leadership, Conceptia has achieved various milestones and awards including the prestigious President’s Club award thrice. Technical excellence and Customer focused value add initiatives have been a core focus of Mr. Jithesh and Conceptia has launched numerous customer centric, business accelerating initiatives under his leadership. Conceptia’s engagement with Tech Start-up’s and incubators has been the brainchild and vision of Jithesh.
