These departments need Bill of Materials for complete planning &amp; execution of project.<\/li><li> Most companies developing products have both an eBoM and mBoM.<ul><li> Engineering Bill of Materials (eBoM) \u2014 as designed                      <\/li><li> Manufacturing Bill of Materials (mBoM) \u2014 as shipped<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> eBoM\u2019s are created in engineering, are typically driven from the CAD tool, and are usually centric to the final assemblies list of parts or components.<\/li><li> mBoM\u2019s will contain, or be \u2018driven\u2019 by the eBoM. mBoM\u2019s make up the \u2018end item\u2019, or product as shipped.
