SOLIDWORKS Serial Number\/key is a unique identifier assigned to determine the set of products a user is entitled to install and use. The serial key is a set of 24 numbers and is different for different SOLIDWORKS<\/a> products.<\/p>\n

SOLIDWORKS Serial Number is categorized in 3 different categories:<\/p>\n

  1. Standalone: The Standalone serial key starts from 9000xxxxxxxxxxxx and is activated or tied to a particular workstation.<\/li>\n
  2. SNL or Network: The Network serial key starts from 9010xxxxxxxxxx. it will float license between client systems connected on the network and also known as Floating serial key<\/li>\n
  3. Education or Student: The Student serial key starts from 9020xxxxxxxxxxx and the Education serial key starts from 9701xxxxxxxxx. This types of serials keys used for educational and training institutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
